Q: When can I book the Burger Buggy?
A: The Burger Buggy is bookable any day of the week, May-October!


Q: How does pricing work for the Burger Buggy?
A: The buggy is rented out based on a food and beverage minimum. Once we have more information about your event, our coordinator can give you pricing information specific to your event.


Q: What additional fees are associated with renting the Burger Buggy?
A: Gratuity (20%), Event Admin Fee (2%), Travel/Service Fee (10%), and Tax (8%).


Q: Do you take a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit to hold your reservation. This deposit will be credited towards your food and beverage minimum at your event conclusion.


Q: How many people can the Burger Buggy serve? 
A: We’ve found events around 100 people are the sweet spot for the buggy, but can accommodate groups as large as 250 with advanced notice.


Q: How far will the Burger Buggy travel?
We try to stay with the Denver Metro area; however, we are always open to discussing other event options!


Q: What is the standard service window for a Burger Buggy event?
A: The Burger Buggy typically provides a 2-hour food service window; however, we’re happy to stay longer should you need more time! We also require 1 hour for set-up and an additional hour for clean-up.


Q: Does the Burger Buggy provide beverages?
A: We’ve got the food covered! You’ll need to reach out to beverage vendors or provide your own if your venue allows.


Q: Can the Burger Buggy provide sides?
A: Our Burger Buggy package includes a variety of potato chips for your guests to enjoy. Unfortunately, the buggy cannot provide our hand cut fries, as it is not equipped with a fryer. 


Q: What is included with the rental of the Burger Buggy?
A: We’ll bring plates, napkins, silverware, and our top-notch Burger Buggy team.


Q: What do I need to do on my end to host the Burger Buggy at my event?
A: You’ll need to connect with your venue or event space and make sure that the buggy is allowed on site. If permitting is required, you will need to apply, pay for, and receive the permit before we can fully contract your event. Keep in mind, permitting can take up to 60 days, so please reach out to our team with any questions as soon as possible.
